The Club is available to video community events and entertainment in the local area. Why not have your community activity recorded and available on DVD or on-line? Contact us for details. We welcome new members interested in getting started in video, or in improving their existing skills.  All levels of experience are encouraged to participate. The Club actively participates in inter-club as well as intra-club competitions designed to improve member’s video skills. These are a great way to enjoy the art of video-making, as well as work toward improved knowledge and skill. At our meetings we run regular workshops on all aspects of video production: camera technique, audio, editing etc. These are an invaluable tool for improving skill levels. HOME CALENDAR CONTACT FORMS OUR VIDEOS At the outset of our April meeting Madam President Sandra Dodimead expressed her pleasure at being back in our usual meeting room at Mollymook Golf Club. It was a view shared unanimously by everyone attending.  Although the roll-up was slightly down on our usual numbers, it was still a good attendance. Visitor Rob Kerr was welcomed, and presented a brief history of his interest in photography, as well as his rural background. The next Combined Club Meeting is confirmed for June 5th at the Milton Ulladulla Bowling Club, commencing at 10.00 AM. Guest speakers are also confirmed at Anthony Ash Brennan and Glenn Hanns - both seasoned contributors to the industry. Should be an excellent meeting. Ken Dodimead gave an in-depth explanation of progress for the filming of our Inter-club Challenge video, titled “A Double Bogey”. It seems the theme, “Grumpy”, may be jinxing the production! Efforts so far have resulted in much of the footage already captured requiring re-shooting. The clock is ticking, so the team involved have a job in front of them.  But...they are up to the task and we look forward to a great result when it’s complete...and a few laughs as well. Finally, the deadline for the Boat Harbour Bendalong field trip challenge has been extended to July 1st 2021. This is simply to allow any members involved in production of “A Double Bogey” to complete filming, and then have time to concentrate on their entry.  Remember, three minutes maximum, only one pan allowed (no zooms), and music of your choice. Good luck with it. Our next field trip challenge may take a different approach, so watch out for details in due course.
